Improve your waterstarts, make them quicker and less stressful, and ALL parts of your windsurfing game will improve – because

A lot of people can waterstart fine but when it comes to the rig recovery, they’re often a bit short of ideas when everything is the wrong way round.
Here are a couple of tips and shortcuts that can really speed up the process from tricky situations.
I took Ventolin inhalations through nebulizer when I got severe pneumonia. The cough was awful. I could barely sleep at night. The antibiotic helped to lower the temperature, but the cough was still strong. Only when I started making ventolin inhalations, it got better. You should also try it if you get a bad cough, but don’t forget to ask your GP first.
